Must give the clinic a 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling, a $25 fee will be taken from the $99

You paid upfront (only if client cancels pre booked appointments in under 24 hours twice in a row

on the 3rd cancellation we will charge $25 for cancellations/rescheduling)

The upfront payment of $99 can be used on clients last service if they decide to stop there VIP Program
